Product Description
Of all the trench boxes, the HD 100 is the most versatile and practical shoring box for pipe laying projects. Up to a length of 4 m the plate thickness is 100 mm, longer plates have a plate thickness of 120 mm i.e. HD 120.
The robust design and the stable plate body guarantee a low deformation, and the calculated load is by far exceeding the pressure expected!
The Trench Boxes HD 100 & VB 120 can be installed to a depth of up to ~5.0 m using one base and two top boxes. The Shoring Box is pushed vertically into the ground by alternately pushing and lowering (Dig and Push method). The pipe clearance is 1.54 m.
A trench width from 1.20 m to 4.00 m is possible using the standard strut and the strut extensions. The struts are bolted to articulated spring mushroom fittings, which are connected to the plates. Due to the rugged standard strut, the system can also be installed in poor or unstable soil conditions.
These struts are used in a variety of our Systems enabling a high level of flexibility and compatibility.
